(Mountain-Grade Expedition Return Policy)
1. Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
2. Eligible Returns
Accepted for:
- Damaged items
- Incorrectly shipped items
- Major functional defects affecting expedition use
3. Non-Eligible Returns
Not accepted for:
- Items used during field or mountain activity
- Exposure to moisture, extreme temperatures, or other environmental stressors
- Minor cosmetic variations
- Subjective dissatisfaction
- Delivery delays within stated timeframe
4. Condition Requirements
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- Fully intact in original packaging
- Complete and resellable
5. Verification
Customers may be required to submit:
- Photos
- Videos
- Detailed issue descriptions
6. Return Authorization
All returns must be pre-authorized; unauthorized returns may be rejected.
7. Refund Processing
- 5–10 business days after approval
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
8. Costs
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping may apply
9. Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placement.
10. Chargebacks
Disputes may be escalated with proper documentation.
